Answer the 3 questions questions in at least 4 complete sentences.

First we will watch this video on media influence in our daily lives.

1. What does the video say about how media influence works on individual people?
The video says media influences people because it is found everywhere and are key for communication. They make you pick choices depending of what it is said. An example is health, education, governance, climate change, etc. However, the TV can mix reality and fiction causing people to think in a different way or convince you to do something. Our surroundings are full of media and we must make smart choices.

Then we will watch this video on 21st century social media trends.

2. What is your favorite fact pointed out in the video? Explain why this fact is important or interesting to you?
My favorite fact was that there are people that have an exaggerated number of followers on Twitter. It shows how many people actually use the social media. I cant believe that Ashton Kutcher has more followers than the total number of population in some countries. Its pretty interesting and insane how Twitter is growing and there is no doubt people use it more than ever before. The future looks pretty good for media.

Media is the main means of mass communication (esp. television, radio, newspapers, and the internet) regarded collectively.
MULTIMEDIA is the combination of one or more media.
When text, still images, sound, video, and animation are combined that is an example of multimedia.
The most recognizable form of multimedia is the World Wide Web.

3. How is multimedia effecting our daily lives? Do you think there such a thing as "too much media" in our lives?
Multimedia is having a big impact in our lives since it is very useful to communicate and find out what is going around the world. We use the media because its pretty much full of information of everything from events to celebrities. I think there is "too much media" because everything now a days consists of it. Now most of all companies need multimedia and is used by every person for many purposes, we depend on multimedia now, our world is made of media!
